Lawn installation
This was a yard that we turned into a lawn. Know that the difference is? It was uncomfortable to mow this property because it was lumpy, bumpy and uneven. Mowers take a beating on this type of yard as blades scalp the dirt wearing them out and the constant pounding on the machine causes excess wear. It also takes valuable time to mow slow so you aren't abusing yourself or your equipment.
With a properly done lawn you can mow faster saving time and extend the life of your equipment.
We removed the sod, leveled, graded and de-rocked the soil. Then we used state of the art testing techniques to determine what the soil need to support a happy and healthy lawn. We adjusted the ph and other soil conditions and planted some first class seed. This picture shows the lush green results just 40 days later.
Land leveling / Clearing
Often times before building on a property you need to clear unwanted obstacles. This could be brush and trees, piles of dirt, rocks and boulders. Most times if you plan correctly and do this step right, work in this stage sets you up for your final landscaping tasks at the end of the project.
Make sure you have a cohesive plan before you start to build. One that includes site preparation, building construction and final landscaping can make subsequent steps easier saving you both money and time.
